Tasters and creators wanted for Spudfest! at the Independence Public Library. The public is invited to drop in and enjoy tastings of a variety of dishes made by local “chefs” that all contain potato as an ingredient.  Tasting and judging will be in the Community Room from 5:30-7:00 pm on February 19th. 

 For the children and the young-at-heart, take part in creating a Potato Head near Flutterby Cove. Assemble your very own Potato Head to take home with parts made from other vegetables.
