What is One Book Indee?

Started in 2016 and formerly called One Book One Independence, One Book Indee is our annual community book read. Each year, we encourage adults in the community to read that year's selection, come to programs about topics in the book, and participate in the One Book Indee Challenge.

What is the One Book Indee Challenge?

It's a way to win prizes by logging reading and activities, and attending programs related to One Book Indee. You can log your participation through Beanstack or use a paper log.

Where can I get a copy of this year's book?

At the end of January each year, you can find copies of the book at various Independence businesses, as well as at IPL and the Little Free Libraries around town! No need to check it out - just pick it up and return it where you got it or pass it on to someone else!
